How to go from 3 to 2 phase with the Decanter Centrifuge with the kit?

If your Decanter Centrifuge was ordered with a special kit, it can be changed from 2 to 3 phases and vice versa

From 3 to 2 phases


1.         Replace the oil levels with the plugs; ensure that there are O-rings on the plugs



2.Remove weir plates

3.Turn the screw inside the bowl until the holes in the weir plate line up with the square plugs on the locking flange inside the bowl.




4. Remove the four square plugs on the locking plate. Screw a threaded rod over the hole on the square plug in order to hold it


5. Replace the old weir plates with the new ones 



From 2 to 3 phases


1.         Remove the weir plates

2. Turn the screw inside the bowl until the holes in the weir plate line up with the square holes on the locking flange inside the bowl.



3.Remove the four square plugs on the locking plate. Screw a threaded rod over the hole on the square plug in order to hold it

4.Replace the new weir plates with the old ones



5.       Replace the oil plugs with the oil levels; ensure that there are o-rings on the oil levels
