How long does it take to install and assemble a Seditank?
The time to install a Seditank can be 1-2 day for 2 people. The activities are split as follows
1. Unload Assembly and Install of Main Tank
If the Seditank main tank is under 40ft long it will be supplied as a single tank. In this case you only need to place it on the ground, check that it is level and adjust the levelling feet as necessary.
In cases of a fully assembled tank this activity will take 2 hours.
2. Place Grit Extractor Screw into Seditank Main Tank
The Grit Extractor screw is always provided as a separate piece. It just needs to be positioned into the tank. This can take 1 hour if the installation is simple. Schedule 2 hours.
3. Wiring
Wiring can be a fast activity if the panel is mounted close and flexible conduit is used. If cable raceways are more complicated, it can take longer.
Normally all wiring is 2 hours if all the raceways and conduits are laid ahead of time.
- The Blower is physically mounted to the Seditank Main Tank, so only wiring back to main panel is required|

4. Bring in Mains Power to Seditank Control panel
This is all in function of how the wiring to the building is done. This can take 15 minutes if the connection is already near the panel.
